  • Importance of Balanced Nutrition and Healthy Habits: Balanced diet, personal hygiene, and adequate physical exercise are essential, especially during adolescence.
    • Adolescence is a stage of rapid growth, requiring a carefully planned diet.
  • A balanced diet includes proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals in appropriate proportions. 
  • Iron-rich foods like leafy vegetables, jaggery, meat, and citrus fruits are essential for blood-building.
