G. Election Commission of India
The Constitution of India establishes the Election Commission of India (ECI) to oversee elections in the country.Â
As per Article 324 of the Constitution, the Election Commission holds the authority to supervise, direct, and manage elections for the Parliament, State legislatures, President of India, and Vice-President of India.
