- The Education sector receives the highest allocation of Rs.60,954 crores.
- The Health Department is allocated ₹20,335 crores, making it the second-highest funded sector.
- The scholarship rate for general category students (including minorities) from class 1 to 10 will be doubled.

Women Empowerment

- Rental housing will be provided near police stations for women constables.
- Pink bus service exclusively for women will be launched in major cities(all drivers and conductors will be women).
- Kanya Vivaah Mandap will be constructed in every Panchayat of the state in a phased manner.
- Financial assistance will be given for purchasing e-rickshaws and two-wheelers.
- Pink toilets will be set up for women in all the cities of the state.
- In the first phase, 20 pink toilets will be set up within a month.
- ‘Mahila Haat’ will be constructed in Patna district.

|

- A cancer hospital will be established in Begusarai.
- “Bihar Cancer Care Society” will be established.
- 108 new urban medical centers will open in Bihar.
- The “Mukhyamantri Balika Cancer Immunization Scheme” was launched to prevent HPV-related cancer in girls aged 9 to 14 years.

- A total of ₹1,289 crore is being invested for the modernization of 21 agricultural produce market yards in the state.
- On the lines of “Sudha”, vegetable outlets named “Tarkari Sudha” will be opened in all districts of the state.

Infrastructure and Transportation

- 8 new airports including Rajgir, Sultanganj, Raxaul, Madhubani will be built.
- Construction of Purnia Airport will start soon.
- 33% reservation for women in Bihar State Road Transport Corporation.
- A multimodal logistics park is being built in Jaitia, Fatuha.
- Promotion to companies setting up compressed biogas plants.

Social Welfare
|

- Scholarship amounts for backward and extremely backward class students doubled from ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 per month.
- Old age homes will be opened in 6 districts – Patna, Purnia, Rohtas, Bhagalpur, Gaya and West Champaran.
