1.6 Saat Nischay – Part 2

Saat Nishchay is a Bihar government program that aims to develop the state in seven areas – Education, Employment, Infrastructure, Health, Agriculture, Women Empowerment, Skill development. Part 1 of it was launched in the year 2015 for the period of 5 years and the objective of it was strengthening the social infrastructure of Bihar.

Benefits & important points—	SAAT NISCHAY 2 aims to address the developmental challenges faced by Bihar in the agriculture and youth sectors. It focuses on improving agricultural productivity, promoting entrepreneurship, and creating employment opportunities. Bihar Government is implementing Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyami Yojana and Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Yojana as a part of Saat Nischay-2. Under Saat Nischay-2 women entrepreneurs will be given a grant of up to Rs 5 lakh and an interest-free loan up to a maximum of Rs 5 lakh. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said the NDA government in the state has now fixed a new target of providing 12 lakh government jobs to youths by next year.
