1. Productivity and resilience in Agriculture

- The budget allocated for agriculture and allied sectors is ₹1.52 lakh crore.
- Financial support for shrimp farming, processing and export through NABARD.
- The establishment process for 10,000 Bio Research Centers will begin soon.
- One crore farmers nationwide will transition to natural farming, supported by certification and branding, within the next two years.
- 109 new high-yielding, 32 climate-resilient crop varieties will soon be released for farmers.

2. Employment & Skilling

- The budget allocated 3.48 lakh crore.
- 3 Employment based and 2 skilling based schemes were introduced—

- 15000 rupees help for 210 lakh youths who are doing their first job.
- Job creation in Manufacturing
- For supporting employers EPFO contributions up to ₹3,000/month reimbursed for 2 years, targeting 50 lakh jobs.
- Skill development initiative for the 20 lakh youths through the opening of 1000 industrial training institutes.
- 5000 allowance per month will be given to 1 crore youth for internship.
- Financial support to students for loans up to 10 lakh for Higher education in domestic institutes.

3. Inclusive Human Resource Development and Social Justice

- “Purvodaya yojna” will be started.
- Help for development of Industrial nodes in Gaya, Bihar.
- 3 lakh crore rupees to be allocated for schemes benefitting women and girls.
- Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Unnat Gram Abhiyan (PMJUGA) launched to reform the tribal community.
- More than 100 post payment bank branches will be set up in northeastern states.

4. Manufacturing & Services

- Mudra loan limit is hiked to 20 lakh from 10 lakh.
- 12 Industrial Park under NICDC program.
- Critical mineral mission will begin soon.
- Internship opportunities for youths in 500 top companies.
- 50 units of food Irradiation, and Quality as well as 100 food safety testing centers in MSME areas.

5. Urban Development

- 100 weekly street food hubs will be established.
- Lower stamp duties for properties purchased by women.
- Transit Oriented Development plans for 14 large cities.
- Water and Solid Management Program.
- PM Awas Yojana Urban 2.0 – 2.2 lakh crore rupees of financial support will be provided.

6. Energy Security

- Under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojna, free electricity of 300 units in more than 1 crore households will be provided.
- NTPC and BHEL are going to establish a thermal power plant of 800 MW.

7. Infrastructure

- Rs 11,11,11 crore has been allocated for the infrastructure capital over the next 5 years which will be 3.4% of GDP .
- Rs. 1.5 lakh crore announced for long-term interest loans to support infrastructure and investments.
For irrigation —
- Financial Support for flood management and related projects in Assam, Sikkim & Uttarakhand.
- reconstruction and rehabilitation in Himachal Pradesh.
For Tourism –
- Vishnupad Temple Corridor and Mahabodhi Temple Corridor development in Bihar.
- Nalanda University development as a tourist center.
- Support for Odisha tourist places development process.

8. Innovation, Research & Development

- Increasing space economy five fold in next decade – 1000 crore rupees capital will be allocated.
- The (NPF)National Research Fund will be started for basic research and prototype development.
- Financing pool of ₹1 lakh crore for Private sector-driven research and innovation.

- Bhu-Aadhaar or Unique land Identification number will be Started.
- NPS vatsalya Yojana Launched.
