- Bihar takes a big leap in logistics with the establishment of the state’s first-ever Dry Port in Bihta.
- Under the Fourth Agricultural Roadmap, the Bihar government aims to increase the state’s green cover to 17 percent by the year 2028.
- Bihar’s Department of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change received the prestigious “SKOCH Award 2024” for its outstanding contribution.
- In the year 2024, Bihar was honored with the “Global Water Transformation Award”.
- Bihar was the first state in India to present a Green Budget in 2020-21. It was the sixth green budget of the state.
- Bihar got third place in the best states category in the 4th National Water Awards 2022.
